MSlide Project is a new event organizer that will execute party for the urban youth in Jakarta city. Started in February 2014 in the capital city of Indonesia, MSlide Project united people with different characters, talents, and experiences as one team that has an incredible and unique value in the industry of event organizing in Indonesia, especially the capital city, Jakarta.

Mslide Project has their own term for the Party people which is “Sliders”. This term is dedicated for the people who wants to get the ultimate party experience with a different atmosphere in the heart capital city.

This atmosphere can be felt in teaser pre-event Mslide Project yang that is believed to have contributed towards the SlideFest Drifting Car Festival 2014, 8th March 2014 located in JI Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta. where in this project, Msilde collaborated Banana Auto & Hawk’N’Poke to realize for the first time in Indonesia an Automotive and drifting car festival which is collaborated with a conceptual rave party which is similar to that in the film Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift. In Addition, SlideFest 2014 also received a warm welcome from the public and the media as well.

New York Slide to South that will take place on the 12th of April 2014, in 365 Eco Bar will be the first official event from Mslide Project. In this premiere event, we selected the concept and theme based on the New York Party scene which is moved to Jakarta Selatan. In this event, we will try to provide a different atmosphere for our party people. We would like to try and enduce the feeling in which our party people has been exported directly into a real party that is happening in New York

For our next event, Mslide Project will provide a different party experience which will surely not be mainstream and different to what is normally presented in Jakarta. our next event is is London Slide on Ice Party, Tokyo Laser Slide to Spring, and there are still many more events that we have planned with various concepts that will surely not disappoint. We would like to conctantly surprise our party people with events which are out of this world.

The people that are involved in Msilde project itself includes people who posses capability, experience and expertise in their own field respectably; Akbar Rais, Dimas Wibisono, Alicia Wardhana, Dylla Agesia, Jerry Likumahwa, Amanda Gianina, Ankatama, Godaii, Frans Romu, Alvarez Moses, ALza Kiky Perdana, Daniel Supit, Magi Pasha, Matthew MCconnel, Amelia Oktiana, Jessica Octoris, Allysha Prasetya, Bima Satria, Andristy Kusumaningrum, Citra “Ciko”, Oia Rukoya, dan Putrinda Rembulan.

SlideFest 2014

Apa sih yang ada di pikiran kalian mengenai acara festival otomotif? Pastinya kita berpikiran hanya akan ada mobil-mobil keren dari berbagai brand-brand otomotif terkenal yang dipamerkan, balap mobil dengan berbagai tekhnik mengemudikan mobil, dan tentunya SPG-SPG cantik yang berdiri disebelah mobil-mobil itu. Tapi apa pernah kita pernah membayangkan sebuah acara otomotif bernuansa pesta seperti di film Fast & Farious bisa diadakan di Indonesia dan cukup berhasil?

Tepat pada tanggal 8 Maret 2014, lalu di Jakarta ada sebuah event bertajuk SlideFest 2014, Drifting Festival & Community Cars Meet. Acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Hawk ‘N’ Poke, Banana Auto, dan bekerja sama dengan Mslide Project ini diadakan di JI Expo Kemayoran dan diikuti oleh puluhan komunitas mobil dari Jakarta hingga luar Jakarta.

Acara SlideFest 2014 ini berbeda dengan event-event otomotif lainnya, karena untuk pertama kalinya di Indonesia diadakan Acara Otomotif Drifting Festival yang digabungkan dengan konsep Rave Party. Sehingga baik penyelenggara, pengunjung, dan tenant-tenant dalam event tersebut merasakan sebuah Atmosphere berbeda dalam sebuah event otomotif.
Bila kita mengingat kembali cuplikan beberapa adegan pada film Fast & Farious; Tokyo Drift, maka seperti itulah atmosphere yang pengunjung dapat rasakan dalam SlideFest 2014. Bukan hanya ada aksi drifting dari banyak Drifter handal Indonesia, Exclusive Car Show, namun juga ada perform dari sejumlah DJ handal ibukota, beberapa diantaranya adalah DJ Hilmi Hills, DJ Whisnu Santika, dan DJ Dmust Akira.

Selain itu, yang tidak kalah mencuri perhatian pecinta otomotif dan masyarakat adalah dalam acara tersebut juga dimeriahkan oleh para aktor dan aktris pemain film Street Society yang tengah booming di Indonesia, dan dinilai sebagai film Fast & Farious versi Indonesia. Marcel Chandrawinata, Edward Akbar, Chelsea Islan, Yogie Tan, dan Daniel Topan, adalah beberapa aktor dan aktris dari Film Street Society yang hadir dalam rangkaian acara tersebut. Selain menjelaskan mengenai film mereka kepada para pengunjung, para pemain dari Street Society juga turut memarkan aksi mereka dalam berkendara di area drifting JI Expo Kemayoran.

Perpaduan antara acara otomotif Drifting Festival dan konsep Rave Party pertama kalinya itu dalam SlideFest cukup dikatakan berhasil, banyak dari pengunjung yang merasa puas dengan adanya event tersebut. Berbagai pujian dalam update twitter pengunjung dapat membuktikan kalau acara ini mendapat antusias dari kalangan pecinta otomotif dan masyarakat umum. Dan banyak dari mereka yang berharap agar acara ini menjadi acara tahunan yang rutin diadakan, mengingat setiap tahunnya jumlah pecinta otomotif, khususnya Drift semakin bertambah.
